A five-time ICSC national/international marketing award winner, Joanne has built a stellar reputation guiding cross-functional teams to success. From her work with the Bentall Corp, Oxford Shopping Centres Group, and Manitoba Lotteries Corporation to her contributions to the Beijing and Vancouver Paralympic Games, Joanne has led initiatives that fueled growth and increased brand awareness.

With over $13 million generated in new revenue for Canada’s non-profit sector, Joanne’s impact spans grassroots, regional, and national organizations, often in critical turnaround situations. She’s also one of the few professionals in North America who teach sport marketing and sponsorship at post-secondary institutions, having introduced these courses at BCIT and other respected institutions.

Her workshops, “Sponsorship for Non-profits” and “Sponsorship for Amateur Sport,” have been pillars of Canada’s fundraising and sport-marketing communities since 2015.
